If you have any questions or concerns contact us!Payment PoliciesMonte's gallery is set up to have Paypal process our orders for credit card, echecks and paypal customers. They except Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and will take your check online. We also except checks and money orders. Please send your orders and checks payable to: Seldon McCallister 1666 Matson Drive San Jose, Ca 95124 All check orders will have a 14 day delay for your check to clear before we process your order. Shipping and HandlingShipping and handling are not included in our prices and will be added at the end of your order. Most items will be shipped by priority mail but some of our items are drop shipped for us by our suppliers and we reserve the right to ship the best method possible for your order. Shipping and handling charges are as follows to a single address within the United States: Purchase Amount/Shipping 0.01-9.99 shipping $5.40 10.00-49.99 shipping $8.40 50.00-99.99 shipping $10.95 100.00-199.99 shipping 17.99 200.00 and over shipping 29.99
We no longer except international orders from our website. If you wish to order internationally than email us for directions. Sales TaxCalifornia residents will be charged appropriate sales tax. Order ProcessingWhen you place an order through Paypal you will get a computer-generated email confirmation of your order by Paypal. I try to keep a lot of the items on hand to ship and if in stock they will be mailed within the week. Some of the items in Monte's gallery are drop shipped for me and some of these items can take 2-4 weeks. If I run out of an item it takes me approximately the following times to get my orders. Tripar International: Normally 2-3 weeks Bards: Normally 3-4 weeks Secure: Normally 3-5days. If you have a specific day you need your order please email us before you place your order and we will let you know if we can get it to you by that date. We will try our best to do so!All orders will get a confirmation the day the item is shipped. This way you can check on your shipment by tracking number. Our Return and Restocking PolicyWe try to get you the best merchandise at a good price and we are sure that you will be happy with the items that you receive. If you for some reason feel like you need to return and item please email us for instructions for returning your item (Within 3 days of receiving your merchandise). Any refund will be net of shipping and handling costs. The buyer is responsible for original and return shipping and insurance costs and will not be reimbursed. Returned merchandised must be in the same condition it was sent and sent within 10 days of the date we provide you with instructions for returning regarding the return. If your item is received damaged please contact us first. Please do not mail the item back. This will void the insurance by UPS and the US Post office.
