We recommend the product for use on impenetrable objects and surfaces only. When we say" impenetrable" we mean a surface or object that is completely impervious to moisture or water. It must be completely waterproof. Objects considered completely waterproof are glass, crystal, porcelain, Formica, tile, polished granite, certain varnished wood, metal and others. If you use the product on any other surface you run the risk of staining which may not be removable.
